Recent job

An old deck, a full driveway, and one afternoon.

A homeowner in Clinton Township replaced their deck and had nowhere to put it. Torn-out railings, boards, posts and scrap lumber, all of it stacked on the driveway.

Quoted from a photo. Cleared the same day.

No walkthrough, no waiting on an estimate visit, no hourly clock running while we worked.

How it works

Three steps to a price.

Send a photo and we'll usually have a price back within the hour. Prefer we take a look in person first? Just call — that works too.

1

Send a photo

Text a picture of the pile, the room, or the garage to (586) 707-4959. Wide shot is best. Tell us the area you're within and the date you'd like things done.

2

Get a price

Usually back to you within the hour with one number that covers labor, the truck, and disposal. Not an hourly rate, and not a range that grows on arrival.

3

We clear it out

We show up when we said, load everything, sweep the space, and you pay when it's done. Card, Zelle, or cash.

The promise

Three things we don't get wrong.

We're a small outfit, which means there's nobody to hide behind — you're always talking to the person who actually did the work.

  • 1
    An owner answers your call

Not a dispatcher, not a call center, not a form that gets back to you in three business days.

  • 2
    The quote is the price

If the pile is bigger than the photo, we re-quote before we load a single thing — never after.

  • 3
    We leave it clean

Sweeping up is part of the job, not a favor. You should be able to park there when we pull out.

Questions

The stuff people ask before they call.

How fast can you actually come out?
Most jobs are same or next day. If you text us in the morning there's a real chance we're there that afternoon — that's the whole reason to call a small local crew instead of booking a franchise three weeks out.
Do I have to be home?
No. If the items are accessible — curb, driveway, garage, back yard — we can clear it while you're at work and send you photos when it's done, plus a link to pay.
How do you price it?
By volume, not by the hour. You get one number that covers labor, the truck, and dump fees. Hourly pricing punishes you for our slow days and makes you watch the clock, so we don't do it.
Is there anything you won't take?
Very little — if it fits in the truck, we'll take it. A few things like paint, solvents, and propane have to go to a specific facility rather than the transfer station, so we handle those separately and let you know upfront. Either way, ask us about anything — we'd rather find a way than turn you down.
Do you do demolition too?
Sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, playsets, and interior tear-outs like flooring, cabinets, and non-structural walls.
Are you insured? I manage property and need a COI.
Yes — licensed and insured, and we'll send a certificate of insurance naming your company before the first job. Property managers get straightforward per-unit turnover pricing so nothing unexpected lands on an owner statement.
How do I pay?
Card, Zelle, or cash, on completion, on site. Nothing upfront and no deposit for residential work.
Where does it all go?
Metal goes to the scrap yard and anything usable gets donated or resold. The rest goes to the transfer station. Keeping things out of the landfill is how we keep your price down, so it's in everyone's interest.

Point at it. We'll handle the rest.

Text a photo and you'll have a price back within the hour. No obligation, no hourly clock.
